To get in a good run or walk and support Native American students, consider signing up for the 2020 Dream Run 5K/10K on April 11. The race starts at the Verde Valley School (VVS) at 9 a.m. The event organizers ask that participants arrive at the event at 8:30 a.m. to check-in and register. The 2020 Dream Run includes both 5K and 10K trail runs for all levels and ages of runners and walkers, followed by food and festivities All proceeds from the event support tuition scholarships for tribal members attending VVS. Race entry fee costs $30 prior to race day and $35 for day-of registration. The fee includes race entry, Dream Run T-shirt and post-race refreshments. Dogs on leashes are welcomed.
