A GLAMOROUS AND EVOCATIVE NIGHT ON THE TOWN

Dining at the Caesars Palace outpost of Nobu Restaurant allows you to suspend reality. The stylish dining room sets the stage for what will be a memorable meal of world-class sushi, expertly prepared teppanyaki and legendary signature dishes.

The complete experience is designed to be omakase, a multi-course meal that can be centered around one of three themes: Nobu’s fifth-anniversary cookbook, the restaurant’s signature offerings or some seriously elevated veggies. Sake pairings are available as well. Dishes are expertly crafted to dance on your palate. These are presentations that tantalize with style, fragrance and color.

Best Bets: Omakase, Miso Glazed Black Cod and Tempura Rock Shrimp.
